Every project is unique, but you'll have your plans in hand on most residential additions usually within 1-2 weeks once you decide on the final design you want. New home design and plans are more complex by sheer scope and take longer to complete. Once our client confirms the final design and floor plan, we get to work on all the plans & documents needed for permitting and construction. Our delivery dates to you are estimated at the time of proposal and are based on your unique project.

We work with some of the best contractors in Northern California, so if you need a referral we're always happy to provide that too.

While most of our projects are residential, we've worked on commercial projects large and small. From tenant improvements & daycare facilities to new construction on super markets and everything in between.
